Failure to pick up your item(s) at the agreed to date and time of meeting will result  in your purchase being place on a 7 day hold. Once your 7 day hold expires, the option to meet up will be closed and additional payment will be requested to cover the cost of shipping and handling. 7 additional days will be granted at this time. If payment is not received on or before the 7 day extension, you'll release your rights to the item(s) and it becomes property of Touched By Tay. No refunds will be granted. Item will have to be repurchased for possession. If you have any questions feel free to contact Tay via email at touchedbytay@yahoo.com

COVID-19 Return Policy Amendment:  For your safety & ours, until further notice returns are not being accepted.

 

Effective May 2020, due to COVID-19, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to reach you.

RETURNS: No refunds or returns. ALL items are custom and handmade to order.

 

We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction and understand that unforeseen problems may occur from time to time. If your package arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately upon inspection at touchedbytay@yahoo.com.

We stand behind our goods and services and of course we want our customers to be satisfied with their items. Before every package leaves our facility, it is carefully checked by Tay directly. If you receive an item that has any damage, do not hesitate to notify us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.   It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items and to make sure they are all in good condition to ensure prompt processing or replacement if required. Special circumstances may arise that may subject for a return. In this case, it is recommended to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery or replacement. Touched By Tay will cover any additional shipping costs that may be incurred at this time if item(s) need to be resent to customer.

Our items are true to size, custom, and handmade to order.  All sale items are non-refundable, except in some special cases. (This includes Black Friday Sales or any holiday related sales)

 

Before placing any order, please feel free to email questions regarding size, materials, style, and etc. to touchedbytay@yahoo.com; view the shop photos or gallery as well. 

Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors or any other sharp object. We will NOT accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.
